A 45-minute strategy call. No deck. No pitch.
A working session with a founder. We find where your marketing is leaking revenue, walk you through what a fix would take, and tell you honestly whether we can help or whether you'd be better off elsewhere.
Pick a time.
The strategy call is a free 45-minute working session for founders at $5M+. We'll review your current revenue system and identify the 2-3 highest-leverage fixes.
- ✓ Bring your ad account and CRM if you have them. Not required.
- ✓ Both founders are usually on the call.
- ✓ If we're not a fit, we'll tell you in the first fifteen minutes.
What happens on the call.
Diagnose
Where you are right now. Revenue stage, current marketing stack, what's working, what's clearly leaking. We ask hard questions early so the rest of the call is useful.
Find the leak
We walk through where your system is losing money. Attribution gaps, lifecycle breakage, AI invisibility, forecast unreliability, and roughly what each one costs you per quarter.
Map a path
If we can help, we walk through what an engagement would look like. Sequence, scope, timeline, and the investment range. If we can't, we tell you who can and what to look for.
Decide together
Next steps, mutual fit, timing. Nothing closes on this call. If we both want to move forward, we send a written proposal within 72 hours. If not, no follow-up and no pitch sequence.
Common questions, blunt answers.
Nothing is required. If you can share access to your ad account, CRM, or analytics beforehand, we'll come with specifics instead of questions. If you can't, we'll still find the leaks. It just takes more of the 45 minutes.
It's free and nothing closes on it. You leave with two or three specific fixes whether or not you hire us. If we're not a fit, we'll say so in the first fifteen minutes rather than spending your time.
A founder. Courtney runs most strategy calls and Kelly joins when the conversation is systems-heavy. You're not talking to a salesperson or an account manager.
If we both want to move forward, we send a written proposal within 72 hours. Most engagements start with a paid diagnostic before any build work. If we're not moving forward, there's no follow-up sequence.
No. Forty-five minutes on a call gets you further than a week of email, because most of the value comes from us asking follow-up questions about what we find. If a call genuinely doesn't work, send your question to hello@marketlikeacmo.com and a founder will answer it.
Often yes, and it's the most common situation we see. We're not going to tell you to fire them. What we usually find is a measurement gap nobody is looking at, which is useful information whether you keep your current provider or not.
